How to find my past life?

What is a cheap way to find my past life? I know some physiologists therapists that work in past life, but they are so expensive here in London.

Also, I have a very strong connection with the 1960s Hippie Sub-culture, I am obsessed with it, and I love my old music, love 60s rock, and I do love psychedelics, also love their fashion.

Past life regression can be performed without the aid of a regressionist. The biggest benefit they give is having someone who can guide you through it, especially when emotions from the past life surface, and provide a non-subjective opinion. They are also helpful for asking questions from, and learning techniques from in order to do things safely.

If you want to do things alone - which I do - it is imperative you establish a relationship with a spirit guide. While mine doesn't follow me into the past life memories, he keeps other entities from interfering and altering the experience. There are a few books on the matter, one of which I own - The Complete Idiot's Guide to Past Life Regression - which is a goldmine of information regarding past lives, their benefits, and techniques. One thing worth noting, most often the first memory visited of a past life is the death. It is usually the most emotionally charged and freshest in the subconscious memory. Especially if it involves murder or severe illness. Keep this in mind, and plan to be in a safe place when you regress in case you become emotional.

I recommend taking the route of building up your personal skill first. It is the most reliable - when you visit a past life memory, there's a deep "knowing" - and easily available. You can also reach out to others here to help you find it, which I recommend secondly.

Regarding Floatsy's comment, it is also important not to get lost in the past. I have found that in my own searches, I have gotten caught up before in lamenting that I no longer live in the older communities. Seek your past in moderation, and don't let this one waste away in the search.

There are a number of guided self hypnosis mp3s on YouTube, you can buy tapes,cds,dvds,mp3,in new age book stores,and off the net. Many different methods are in books, I think my post on different methods is still there in the links sec. a few pages back.

Those are the skrying type methods . I don't know if I made a guided self hypnosis links post, as I made a number of these hear and on other sites.
