im fighting my shadow, my darkside, i wouldnt have a shadow if not for the light

i would say to understand true good, you have to understand true bad
therefor your even, but even and growing forth with love...

why expansion of space time....

who knows....
but, why cant love overcome hate for all humanity?
because, one thing, $money$ for certain.

i control my own life without gods help because, there is no god, just love

the peace sign is a infinite expansion V, like the universe, love, peace
but does the amount of love and hate apply equally in reality, to the masses i mean. because, i feel more love then hate in my 'heart' and 'soul'

kaze... Fighting your dark side won't get you free of it, because fighting is more of the shadow of negativity.

Strange as it may seem, what the negative side of us calls for is Accepting rather than rejecting, resisting and avoiding.


Try it...

* Breathe down in your lower belly, below your navel.

* Whatever you think or feel, just allow yourself to accept it as it is... like you might with a friend.

* Keep breathing and feeling and allow and accepting... and notice how the conflict begins to let go.


Also instead of fighting you can use the Releasing Breath:

* Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your slightly open lips... like a gentle sigh... continuously for several minutes.

* Notice what you feel.


This is how your shadow and the shadow in the world become transformed back into love.

Hate is the shadow of love. So light it up, man. It only takes one candle to light a room full of darkness.

You cant bring together oppositions and keep them seperate. They are one....one cannot hate unless one truly loves...they are the same energy, all that changes between the 'two' is the fullfillment of the desire attached to that energy.
