Setting your Spirit free :)

I feel so blessed to see those whose with Spirits are naturally free, and I love their outlook on life.

I was just thinking to myself about my Spirit and what I can do to truly set my Spirit free.

To be able to even start, I first had to recognise what was suppressing my Spirit.

I came to the realisation that a lot is based on expectation ... my own, and also what others realistically expect of me - as this can influence and determine my actions.

I think the answer is about being true and authentic with myself, while also looking after my well-being.

I can therefore take so much happiness when I give to others, but also take inner happiness when I give to myself - so allow my Spirit to soar and be free:)

I had so many expectations of myself I think they were too much ,im right into unco love now, whilst also focusing on making the changes for the betterment of all in smaller ways..

Greetings, I am in the process of 'creating my own reality' which for self-serving purposes, I have never done before...but I realised I needed to do it, no matter how egotistical it was...it was more for self protection/preservation than anything else.

Then I listened to 'My Own Little World" by Celldweller (one of my favourite artists) and I was like...'yep, definitely!'

Thinking a little further maybe there is also an element of judgement from others, in addition to expectation, that has a significant influence on how we live our lives.

When our hearts are true, and while others may feel the right to judge our actions, I believe the only real judge of 'Us' is our 'Divine Self and 'Source' :)

Exactly, my friend!

After doubting the spirits/divine due to the judgment and criticisms of others, having them always asking for justification and proof due to their expectations and using the argument of logic and rationality - which I am pretty much a sucker for, I found myself in a very bad/negative space.

This all came to a head last week, when it was suggested I try some Psi experiments to test my mediumship and clairaudience ability.

Then I got a direct response in spirit, that sort of went; "Leave Necro out of this, the burden of proof isn't hers, it's ours and only we decide who is worthy of our time and participation...and you are not" (i.e. don't shoot/blame the messenger for the message).

After that, I realised that this path is pretty much a lonely and isolating one to take, but that doesn't mean it's 'unreal'.....because 'reality' is wholly subjective.

I'm learning to be at peace with that...I'm still learning...
