Describe how you know that an energy good/bad is around you. I know people differ :)
I am very interested to know how people 'feel' when an energy is around them.
How can you personally tell?
I will start - My feeling is exactly the same as having someone stand behind me very close to my face. I can feel them there. Other times, its a very similar feeling you get just before you drop on a big hill on a Rollercoaster.
How does it feel for you?
