God Bless you, and yours, Ninjajms.

May God answer your prayers swiftly.

The Gospel of Matthew is dedicated to the Apostle Matthew who was a tax collector. The author is someone else or a group of authors who wrote what they heard.

Same goes for the Gospel of Luke.

That's right Am. You are not interested in the evidence to the contrary due to disaffection. What is apparent to many, is hidden from you.

Mathew 5:8 may apply.

Despite you're demeaning of them.

Research involving Oxford over there in England also, disputes your post. Text has been traced to within a generation of Jesus ministry.

That is ironic that you sent that.

I had a dream three nights ago that I "touched" God. He or She was this white liquidy mist and I asked if there was anything "higher" than this "mist" and the answer was "No", "This is It".

It reminded me of a scene from Prince of Egypt and a few nights before I was reading about Mohammad's out-of-body experience when he touched the Divine Essence itself and was told that if he had gone further he would burn- meaning his body would die and the crossover to the Other Side would be made complete. He said there was something beyond the "essence of God" but it was impossible to fathom while still attached to the body, even though he entered an altered state of awareness.

Anyways-. I have had religious and spiritual dreams before. Even dreams of my grandfather who for some reason has changed since he went to the Other Side. He is way much younger, and his body is more agile and quick, and his speech and action is swift. I know these were more than "dreams".

Like I said who are you to judge who is pure of heart? I don't think I am pure of heart in the sense of someone like Mother Teresa but I know I am not some "damned" soul.

Such an incredibly condescending, argumentative and disrespectful reply to a forum member who was simply sharing thoughts on a subject of interest to him. You should be ashamed of yourself. Disgraceful.

Thank you again and always Pete for your sharing. As I have said in the past, I am not a fan of overtly-Christian interpretations of these esoteric truths and realities. Christianity is simply a belief-specific filter. And who the true father is, is irrelevant; this constant theme of yours that has nothing to do with the study of John. You're getting caught up in your fanaticism, and fanaticism is a truth killer. But I always appreciate your enthusiasm certainly, and in particular your willingness and openness when it comes to penetrating into these questions.

I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For, it is the power of God unto salvation. The good news which came first to the Hebrew, then the Greek, and then to the entire world.

Romans 1

"19 Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do so will be called least in the kingdom of heaven.
But whoever obeys and teaches these commandments will be called greatest in the kingdom of heaven."

Mathew 5
