There are many undocumented ancient civilizations, which as yet unknown to modern archeology, only approximately 5% is known concerning our history, with the development of modern techniques maybe one day, we will be surprised how old man as a species really is.

I was wondering whether you were familiar with the work of Edmund Marriage, Based upon your opening post , I think you may find him interesting, There are a few documentaries and interviews to be found by doing a search of his name.

A huge site in the Orkneys currently being worked on by archeologists which predates the Egyptians by a long way.
