Help
As I approach 50 years on this earth I find myself falling apart bit by bit.
I used to be a very healthy person. I ate right. I lifted weights. Did cardio. I even worked with bodybuilders for a time.
However, slowly over the years, I find my body and mind submitting to issue after issue. Every time I try to right the ship, something else happens to derail my attempts. As ridiculous as it sounds I'm starting to wonder if this is by design.
I see doctors. I read. I'm aware of things to correct the course. Nothing helps though.
Just kind of struggling and looking for advice or an ear or anything to help.
