I'm curious

It doesn't come across as harsh at all in fact I thank you for your kind words and advice. I recently saw a behavioural therapist and she said that I need councelling as I have never had any since my daughter passed almost 20 years ago.

I was told that for years too after loosing my brother, but after soul searching I've finally made peace with his passing.
But losing a child is something I dread as every patents worse nightmare, and if you cannot find peace on your own you need grief councilling so it doesnt stop you living a fulfilled life with your other children.
