What kind of sign could this be?

Hi. I'm new to the group and just lost my soulmate/true love/best friend unexpectedly last week.
I am not familiar with signs and was searching everywhere and this is how I stumbled upon this group.
Here are a few questions that I have:
1. He passed 9 years to the exact date of our anniversary? Is this significant?
2. The day after he passed my cell phone started acting up where the apps wouldn't work. That resolved 4 days after it started. After I found a very important picture that I thought was gone forever.
3. THIS REALLY CONCERNS ME. At his visiting hours while I was talking to 4 other people, a fly landed on my arm and I kept brushing it off but it just came back to my arm. This was indoors. He had been in a bad place in his life a few years and his family walked away from him. The service was done by his family because we were not "married". I know his family cared about him but during the bad time in his life. I was the only person who was there for him. What is the significance of the fly?
