Seeing a blue grid

when I look at the ground I will see a transparent light blue grid on the ground that I have to focus on to get a better "sight" of it, does anyone else experience this?

What is funny about this (actually more interesting) is that for me I see energy all around. In order to see the physical world I have to focus on it. Something that I did not understand until now.

I haven't seen a grid on the ground like this, but I have seen Archangel Michael appear in the form of an electric blue matrix and wonder if that is somehow connected to this.

I know this may sound crazy but not only do I believe it may be some sort of grid but I honestly believe that I am seeing many different plains of energy. I used to be able to see spirits but now all I can pick up is the energy.

I wake to see coloured grids on my wall then they disappear as quick as I see them , they are sometimes orange, yellow and red
I also wake to see what looks like a swarm of flies which again disappear , id love to know what they mean if anyone has an idea ?

comforting - I have seen red letters on my wall in something like (not quite, but like) Enochian script (google it). I have been variously told they are fire letters, angelic script, the language of love. I have seen it on numerous occasions and have learned that it for me is a form of "downloading" information which I then later pour out as writings. I wonder if it's possibly linked.

I have seen the shadow/light specks that look like flies as well. I have always thought of it as whatever energies are around and a momentary perception of them scattering or in motion at that moment between sleeping and waking.
