What are coincidences and why do they happen?
Is it God being anonymous?
Spirit guides helping us along our path?
The universe playing with our minds?
or our own rhythms being in sync to life’s rhythms?

Claiming an actual relationship between random events that concur in time.
Sorceresses and sorcerers spend a lot of time trying to organise coincidences!

Maybe I should have put this question in another category.

I talking about every day coincidences. Nothing dark.

Funny coincidences, uplifting coincidences.

Thinking about something and it comes across your path, etc.

Predetermined meetings between souls.
Karmic connections.
Attunement to and with one's chosen life path goals.
Spirit guides helping.

All are relevant.

"God" doesn't do or arrange anything. "God" is spirit, and spirit is the substance that permeates all existence. It's pure consciousness, it doesn't dress up and pretend it's a street person begging for a dollar, in order to test one's level of empathy and enlightenment. Now that street person, yes, that's "God" in another very real sense. We're all of that same pure "God" spirit.

We do all that karmic arranging ourselves in-between incarnations. Once we incarnate, we forget all that of course, and so we have experiences where we bump into a stranger who it feels you've been waiting to meet your whole life. Or your higher self coaxes you into destiny situations your unconscious lower self needs a hand "remembering."

I'm not big on coincidences, but it's called synchronicity. There's an old saying, "When the pupil is ready the teacher will come." It's about significant events happening 'out of the blue' that change our thoughts or Lives somehow, when you're looking for answers and some seemingly random event brings them to you. It's the cogs of the Universe turning to bring you what you need when you need it.

I had a bizarre coincidence just the other day. I never thought much of it at the time. But, now when I think back and read this thread. It could be potentially life changing.

I have no idea where this come from but it seems like more than just a coincidence now. Something is pushing me into a certain direction. I think sometimes we need that message from the 'Universe' in order for us to believe in ourselves. I certainly did :)
