For anyone who ever feels bad about being lazy - don't.
Laziness is a tactic to save energy. Good example, male lions. Good name cause they are always lion around
The idea is that what is achieved doing nothing is greater than expending energy in an environment low on potential returns.
That said:
1) Any one tactic is not always the best tactic,
2) If the environment is the limiter and you want to be less limited, then consider moving to a better environment or changing how you interact with it.
The main problem I see with laziness is it is ok in short bursts when you really need to rest and chill out, but long term it can effect your motivation.
So laziness isn't intrinsically bad, but it can be insidious.
