My zodiac sign. need explanation :)

I'm born on Feb 18th and feel like I have traits of a Pisces. Can you explain the cusps of being an Aquarius along with Pisces. I looked up online about this but the explanation kinda confused me a bit. It be very helpful to get a good explanation since the sites I went too didn't have much information. Thank you. :)

There is a border between Mexico and the U.S. If you are born inside the boundary of Mexico, you are Mexican. And vice-versa. If you are born in Mexico, you are subject to the laws of Mexico. If you are born in Aquarius, you are subject to the laws of Aquarius.

The borders between the signs [cusps of the signs] are very precise. The Sun enters Leo this year at exactly 10:00:40 (UT) on 22 July. At 10:00:39 it is still in Cancer.

This idea of "on the cusp" is terribly distorted by people who don't understand astrology. You are either Mexican or Gringo (chale).

Having traits of Pisces, if this is so, is possible because Mercury and Venus, which are always near the Sun, could be in that sign, or other planets might be. Pisces could be on the Ascendant if you were born in the early hours after sunrise. To base your entire idea of your character on your sun-sign is not how astrology works. Where is the Moon in your chart? Is Neptune riding high in the sky and strongly aspected? Are all ten planets so situated that they give a preponderance of Common and Water characteristics? -- Pisces is the Common Water sign.

Hindu astrologers place far more importance on the Moon, the Nakshatra [lunar mansion], and the Rising sign than on the Sun, for example.

If you take 1000 people and put them in an auditorium, about 83 or 84 will belong to one sign, say Pisces. Do you really think all of those 80-odd people are the same? If you do, I have some nice ocean-front property here in Idaho that I can sell you at a great discount.

My birthday is on the "cusp" of Scorpio & Sagittarius (Nov. 22) but I have always been very much a Sagittarius, and feel very little affinity with Scorpio...so I don't think the cusps have much influence....I like what Greybeard said: you're either one or the other

Simply, when born on a cusp you might share some traits of both signs. Some do, some don't your birth chart matters too.

Oh wow, thats pretty interesting. Cause I noticed that I love to daydream a lot and very kind. I love helping others, but yet I get annoyed by people who are rude. When I'm mad I pretty much speak my mind and say how I feel. I'm independent, love peace and quiet but yet I love being around people too. Sometimes I feel like I have two personalities, lol. But I'm always aware of what I'm doing and saying.
