Nightcat, purification usually means abstaining from habitual consumption of
alcohol, narcotics, drugs, tobacco, etc...
But, concentration on the anahata and ajna
chakras is also a very effective method to purify the mind
|

Well in that case I'm already purified to some degree just need to let go of some baggage and negative thoughts, but what is the a shafts and ajna
