Funeral
Hey guys,
I would love some insight if possible.
Now I don't remember details, but the main theme of the dream was my attending one funeral where three or four people (strangers to me except one) were being honored and buried. Just found it odd that a group of people, all strangers to eachother, could be buried with one ceremony. (A tragedy had not occured)
I searched for meanings online but nothing really resonated... any help is much appreciated as to what this could symbolize for me.
Thank you in advance

i think it means the person is a bit like a stranger even though you know them to some degree. So a parting will not be too painful, if it ever happens

your relationship to the lone 'non-stranger' may be an important factor...
were they only a casual acquaintance, or something more?
it seems you've merely assumed that they were unknown to each other;
if you didn't know them, how could you know their dealings?
if "someone had told you" that tidbit, it's a detail you've overlooked.
i have a hunch that there are a few details which you've glossed over
for some reason... as if you've not wanted to recall them(?)
in the natural world, it would seem some tragic event had occurred, and
that this ceremony was largely to highlight that "problem" rather than
strictly to honor the departed [it feels 'unnatural' to group random strangers].

This is just a thought but it could mean that your relationship to a few people is coming to an end.

Thank you for responding, Perfection
This is true, as the person mentioned is merely an aquaintance.

Hello, Horace
Thank you also for taking time to respond...
Like I mentioned above, the non stranger is merely an aquaintance with whom I barely speak and I thought it odd he'd be pop up like this in the dream.
I haven't intentionally glossed over any details because I simply can't remember, though what you said about a problem being highlighted in the natural worls makes a lot of sense, since I am dealing with and working on resolving a couple major issues in my life.
I am puzzled as to what the funeral could symbolize regarding these issues... will they positively resolve or is it the other way around?
Hoping it's the former.
Thank you again

This is very possible, calla lily, thank you.
It's been a transitional time and those who truly care have have been there every step of the way... those who don't have distanced, so yes, some relationships are being buried.

the dream could be expressing the idea that a group of issues, for which you
have only a vague relationship if any are becoming 'resolved'... leaving space
for the things you ARE involved with to get more "attention". this may mean
that some energies which were busy elsewhere are now free to enter into
these matters -- perhaps in the form of unknown personages.
the dream doesn't seem to point towards this being either helpful nor harmful
to the results you might wish for.
be certain to show proper respect for whatever resolved issues have allowed
these new energies to enter the scene if you wish for them to assist you now.
