Kundalini awakening

Stormweaver it is a shame you had a bad experience. I will ask the teacher about it when I go to the class next Monday. I will let you know what he said. In October they are having a whole day in the city. I will not be going as it is too far away.
Xan it is great to know that kundalini has nothing to do with ap. Now I can get that out of my mind.

Hi lightworker, I have ap'd a lot and I have never had a bad experience. Most of my experiences has been fantastic.

What is it like you ask. Fantastic. Not all my experiences are fantastic. One of my favourite experiences was I was at the beach. I could feel the wind blowing as I was flying. I could see well, the scenery, everything. It is just like how you would see at a beach. It is just like you are physically flying, except you are spiritually flying. It is one of the best experiences you can have. That is why I keep trying and persevering to ap.

I have had many dreams like that i often wonder about

What will make APing easier is removing any limitations one may have placed about it happening. For instance, if you think that you need to have your kundalini (energies) at a certain place before this happens this will be a powerful limitation. We AP all the time. Often we just need to open up to recalling it.

I agreee w/ Xan about APing & kundalini having nothing to do w/ each others & kundalini opening up naturally. It will.

Our energies (kundalini) expands naturally as we expand our consciousness. The problems that have resulted w/ kundalini activation is when this has been forced w/o the rest of the natural awakening & spiritual/energetic growth process that goes along w/ it unfolding naturally.

This indicates some real fear about nonphysical beings seeing them as ‘ghosts’ & that this would be problematic. I wonder how they reconcile this w/ our having a soul that exists after our physical body’s death.

The whole bunch seem to be really spooked of subjects that others deal w/ & discuss in a matter of fact manner. It is possible for you to take the class to benefit from the yoga exercises w/o buying into their energy.

lightworkerAu... You might enjoy browsing around in the Astral Projection section of the forum... and reading a good book on the subject.

There's also a book I recommend on "Conscious Dreaming" by Robert Moss you may like.

There seems to be a trend lately to focus on fear of ghosts and negative entities, which actually make up a very small part of the astral plane. There's so much more to enjoy out of body.
