I can leave but can't recall

I can push my soul out my nose and mouth but then every thing goes dark and I will wake the next day why can I not remember

Shift from pushing to aligning your energies w/ the D you want to visit, then gently just arriving. All energetic techniques are more effective w/ our aligning our energies than forcing it.

KNOW you will increasingly remember. It isn't unusual that we don't remember at first.

@Damian2125 Whenever you can't see or everything is blurry while your OOB, tell yourself something like, "I can see clear" over and over again until you can. As for remembering, before you go OOB, say something like, "I will remember my out-of-body experiences when I return back to my physical body (or "when I wake up")".
