My future conciousness

Hello.
Hope you're all doing well. For about the last year and a half I've been able to get information about the future. I'm still learning how to use it and trying to learn more about the nature of this. I'm trying to see if it's simply a cropping up of ESP ability, or if it's something different.. say, somehow I've come to be able to communicate with my conciousness in the future after I've experienced something in the future.

It isn't easy to use at this point. It works when my mind is clear, quiet, and if I can keep that state and think of a question, I'll get the answer/information almost as soon as I form the question in my mind. It's nearly instantaneous. With some of these experiences, it seems like the question I put out there comes to me randomly. The question and answer both come very fast. Almost as if together.

One instance that stands out was in the summer of '22, my mind was clear and quiet, the question popped up in my head, "how old am I when I die.. at nearly the same time my mind was asking the question, I received the answer. This was the same flow and rate and feel that I had been getting around that time with having these experiences. And continue to have to this day. And when it is like that, the informations I get turn out to be true. Most of the experiences have been short term futures.

Am I communicating with my future self? Can a person communicate with their future conciousness/soul?
