Is it possible to break a telepathic link

Things that have been happening, is making think that i might be telepathically linked to a person, maybe even two. How do i break this connection.
The problem is that i don't know if i am somehow subconsciously making this connection, and if its actually my fault

Of course you could be subconsciously making the link yourself.

But in any case, you can ground yourself and ask your Angels and Guides of Light to bring all of "your energy" back into your body and ground you there. Ask them to also "put name of person" back into there body with all of their energy and ask them to ground them also in their body.

Just as forming and holding communication depends on focus, then altering focus can put you out of reach. Not only focus, but complete immersion in something else which captivates your attention. Not allowing stray thoughts which go out to those with whom you feel you have a link. As soon as those thoughts come in, transfer them to something else which absorbs you.
The secret is not being interested. It is quite simple.
If you are completely not interested, and don't resonate with any 'calls' from them, whoever it is will find it very hard to get through to you. But it has to be a genuine disinterest, not pretense.

Okay thanks for the advice! also do you know what it means to have a feeling in my chest. Sometimes it feels like its pulsating, vibration, or like a thumping. Sometimes it hurts. And sometimes it feels like I'm exploding with love and happiness.I don't think i consciously make it happen, it just comes and goes.It happens a lot at night, or if I'm really sad about something, suddenly i feel an intense feeling of love and happiness in my chest.

Like Tobi said distract. Some telepathic links can be tricky because it may become hard to break that state of mind you are in where you receive stuff. A good idea is to immediately start to say out loud the name of things that you see like I don't know bed pen whatever. The sound of your voice will ground you and bring you back in the present moment and you will make a better connection with your surroundings.

Love and happiness?
Is this a bad thing? You don't have to answer openly here if you don't want to.....but why??
Are you 100% sure the 'Love and Happiness' is being received telepathically from that person whom you don't appear to want to be associated with?
And if it is, then does that connection suddenly switch all the warm fuzzies for something more harsh? (in which case -getting right out of this situation is a great idea, as that is downright emotional manipulation!)

But sometimes these things can be from Self, and can be a part of our spiritual awakening.....
