Drum Sessions: Journey to the lower world world

Yes, it is possible to journey in your sleep. Have any animals appeared on a regular bases to greet you? You can always ask who your animal guides are. In journeying your guides very often will be animals. Drumming is a wonderful way to journey, but it does tend to need uninterrupted times. I hope you get a chance to have a drum journey.

Thanks and yes i have been dreaming of different animals on and off for 12mths now and i asked last night if i could be visited again and i was by a brown horse but sandy colourd was a nice dream as i spent the dream with the horse following by my side much the same as a dog would nice feeling love and lightxxx

I am new to this forum. A friend suggested it after hearing about my travel to the lower world. I am glad to see others that are doing it as well. As you all know, there are a lot of Native American rites of passage that are sacred. I believe going to the lower world is one of them. I do not know if I am honoring these traditions by sharing this but I feel the more knowledge you have regarding traveling to the lower world, the better. It is best to travel using the trunk and roots of a tree. You should know this tree intimately and ask permission to use it in your travel. This is imperative. Traveling to the lower world is not to be used as recreation. There are those of us who have been given this gift for a purpose. I also know you would not be able to go to the lower world if you did not honor the Ways. Please keep posting your experiences because I find them to have significant meaning. Also, please be very careful and ALWAYS take your totem animal with you and ALWAYS let an elder know you are doing this. There is a great possibility of you going to the lower world and not coming back! Love to you and your journey. May you always walk the Red Road. Catwoman
