Ok so I've been trying to astral project for about a year to no avill so I was wondering what is the easiest method for people like me that find it hard to visualize also for a couple of months I've been dry unmotivated to ap it just feels like I'm never gonna do it 1. what is the easiest method for people like me that find it hard to visualize 2. how do I stay motivated to ap
