I prefer to take one side, then my opposite side can take the complete opposite side.
obviously the only side I can take is the spoken side, so the other side (taken by my mind) can only take the mental side.
Ehhh. Not sure the importance, nor the down side, however it makes me feel better. Whats better than feeling better...
maybe acting better?
when I go to work, after having spoken to myself for 30 minutes on the drive to work (easy, turn down the radio and talk to my anxiety), I can easily havine a MUCH better day than if I had gone to work without voicing my inner opinions.
when I don't voice them i dont work past them. so no matter how negative they are, better to have them out and work past them than have them taken out on my co-workers without my or their knowledge.
believe me, nothing sucks worse than unloading on a co-worker without knowing why you are so unbalanced. its literally karma.
