Kundalini

The Shaman's drum beats; mind entrancing,
Through shards of Light, Lord Siva dancing,
On eagle's wings, a spirit free,

Vibration rising with mind in Union,
A portal through Divine Communion,

I used to write a lot of poetry in my youth...I had many exercise books filled with poems..

Over the years, I have lost all those books and forgotten all of the poems I wrote... occasionally one will come back to me and I will remember it and write it down.

I have tried for many years to write poems like I used to, but as soon as I put pen to paper, it is gone and a brick wall is there...a huge "writer's block" so I have just gone "meh... forget it" and thus I have lost the ability to write creatively anymore.

Yeah..I have been struggling with a blocked Throat Chakra for quite some time now.

When my Kundalini finally rose, it bypassed my Throat Chakra altogether, went up my left Vagus Nerve instead (following the path of least resistance) and left me with a whole host of Kundalini related psychosomatic problems.

To bring the flow back into Shushumna, I need to open the Throat Chakra, but meditating on the colour blue, chanting the mantra "ham" and even gazing at Big John's avatar just ain't doing it for me.. so any suggestion would be helpful in that regard.

Having said that, Miss Hepburn tells me that I am an awesome storyteller and social commentator, so maybe my writing skills have only just shifted from one modality to another...

It is a work in progress.
