Hello Sparrow!

I thought I'd just follow up after my last response to ask if there was any more advice or wisdom you could share on living out a full life span.
Which of course I hope to do and am looking forward to doing but don't have any experiential wisdom "on tap" as I've had to this point and relied upon without even realising.

You did already provide a bit below...so I just wanted to see if you had more you could add here, now that you've already conveyed all the other information you wanted to share.

In short: Focus on the life you are here to live here and now, as the being you are now.

Also, what strategic games are out there from other species, similar to chess?

I kind of wonder why there is so much suffering on earth ... for e.g. why one animal must eat another to survive, why a big fish has to eat the small fish?
Why one kind of comfort brings some kind of pain, why body is so weak that most humans have serious health issues by the age of 50 and in fact some are born with major health issues...

There seems to be too much suffering and drama and violence on earth.... There should have been a better way than this ...

How do souls in the Spirit World tend to meet for the first time and become friends?

How do they tend to get to know one another and begin to embark on activities together?

For both Qs; for example, souls from the same soul group and souls from different soul groups.

Are spirits being born or the number stays the same ?

I imagine they would play with energy, some games with patterns of energy sparks and trails.

There could be a lot of life-size games, where souls act out the actions themselves while observing certain guidelines.

Some perspective-challenging games, where you have to seek a perspective to allow you to find something or know something that was set up that way.

I'm sure they can meet when they are engaged in a common interest. Or be introduced to one another. You could think of what kind of soul you'd like to meet and if they feel the same way you'd form a bridge to them.

I'm curious of more exotic ways I may never have heard of.

They can get to know one another through any measure of commonly focused activities. Telepathy, adventures, soul melding, play, enjoying pasttimes such as music or sports.

If they are of distinct soul groups they can enjoy familiarizing themselves with their new friends' manner of communication, attitude, culture, etc. (Like I do with people from various countries here on Earth.)
