While I don't have the philosophical or scientific chops, I'm compelled to start a blog to discuss my thoughts on the afterlife, and I wanted to present a copy of my first post here for your review:

From the smallest cell to the largest star, death is the Great Chain which shackles all the universe together.*As a part of nature, are we not called by instinct to resist death? Do we not*eat to repel hunger, drink to repel thirst, take shelter to repel the elements, take medicine to repel disease, etcetera?*The more we learn to better feed ourselves, better quench our thirsts, better build our homes, etcetera, do we not further push away the end of our being?

Yet the ultimate aim of a resistance is not to push away the oppressor, but to totally remove power from it. Is what*gives death power not the unknown?*To remove death's power then, must we not make the unknown known and look into the subject of life after death?*The more we learn about life after death, will we not have less fear about dying, and so the less power death will have over us?

Therefore, humans fulfill their natural purpose by studying about their existence after death.

We cannot study the spirit that has always existed before creation itself.

Origin spirit is above all light and sound of formation, being the only reason why a small part of it manifested into organic life.

When the organic life desists, we find that we were always a light self communicating to our lower manifested self.

We have only ever been given witness to the condition of spirit manifestation after a spirit in organic presence deceased to assist our spiritual realization to the condition which we all own as a self.
