Elementals are nature spirits - there are Earth elementals such as elves and gnomes, Air elementals such as Fairies and Sylphs; Fire elementals such as salamanders and Water elementals such as undines and merfolk.
I don't really know how to describe an angel except they are a celestial being and often act as guardians for us. They are not an elemental.

No they are not. The Fae are a separate line of service within the one.
Very similar in energy, the main difference is, the Fae hold all that is physical in balance where the angelic assist all entities and beings on their path from source and back. This is the most basic description I can give.

Angels are similar to what other cultures call gods. They belong to a plane beyond the mental plane called the 'overmental' by some. Elementals belong to the 'etheric' plane, l would say - very close to this world..

No. They don't have wings.
They are closer to the Rephaim or spirits of the giants.

Angels are not elementals.
Elementals are divided into 4 groups/kingdoms
Fire elementals - salamanders
Air elementals - sylphs
Water elementals - undines
Earth elementals - gnomes
Each of these kingdoms have their own king / ruler.
They form the basis of elemental magick.
There is also Planetary Magick, where you have the angels, based on the planetary system - astrology.
Both systems are valid, but worlds apart. It all depends on HOW AWARE you are, both SELF aware as well as SPIRITUALLY aware.

Yes makes sense, the realm of the Fae runs parallel to the physical realm, after all they hold the balance. |

The first hierarchy consists of the Seraphim/Spirits of Love, the Cherubim/Spirits of Harmony, and the Thrones/Spirits of Will. Steiner describes how space, time, and matter (originally a subtler form of light) are brought forth by these especially powerful beings (see Occult Science).
The second hierarchy consists of the Dominions/Spirits of Wisdom, the Mights/Spirits of Movement, and the Powers/Spirits of Form. These beings awaken the material substance generated by the first hierarchy, allowing it to take on living form and organization.
The third hierarchy consists of Archai/Spirits of Time, Archangels/Spirits of Fire, and Angels/Sons of Life. These are the celestial beings closest to the souls of earthly humanity. The Archai influence the character of whole historical ages. The Archangels form the various folk-souls/nations that comprise the diverse human species (not the same as race, since people of different races can belong to the same folk-soul). Angels shepherd individual human lives, aiding our conscience in its quest toward things divine.
The fourth and final level of the hierarchies is composed of the Spirit of Freedom and the Spirit of Love, both of which await their full realization by human beings on earth.

Angels are from Jewish mythology. They are said to be messengers of God.
