perception of time,levels of dream

I start think on it after watching the movie "inception". is it possible to collapse in such a deep dream in the dream in the dream that our perception of time will change ? (1h in real world =24h in dream for example ) have anyone ever try this ?

I haven't seen that movie in a very long time; I don't think time exists in the dream world, but with our 3d perceptions 1 hour in this world can appear to equal 24 in dream time, or the other way around.

How you would deliberately do it , I have no idea...

It's probably similar to what already happens in reality. Time doesn't exist, but as we go deeper into the dimensions and end up on earth, time goes very slow.

Time only exists as a 3d manifestation, so what is perceived as time in dreams is very subjective and does not really relate to time as we experience it in the waking world.
