Refreshing my vibration

The last couple of months in my journey have been rough. My vibration was stubbornly low. I keep having feelings of resentment. Two days ago I quit drinking alcohol. I only drank moderately. My vibration has soared. I hope this is helpful.

No surprise if you believe in this raising vibration stuff. If you want to raise your vibration I presume you mean frequency, not amplitude, and the damping you need. Less alcohol means less damping although you could put that right by taking a shower or standing in our English weather. A smaller capacitor in a tuned circuit raises the frequency - so drink from a smaller glass!

Don't vibrate at such a frequency/amplitude that you go fuzzy and people can't see you properly, like the person in my avatar.

Yes, it is helpful...and inspiring.
Congratulations, Tom. And nice to meet you, limitless life!

Resentment, if I may help, also, has a deep root in blame.
Blame has it's root in lack of understanding...the illusion of separation.
When we truly 'get' that no one is to blame for anything
that has happened 'to' us...we are free of everything from
indignation, anger, bad thoughts for someone and so on.

This comes in different forms...one may be we 'get' that we ourselves drew these events to us.
Or another approach is the above with the added,
'It was perfect for my growth."

As I have said, I hated my father for decades, I could do nothing right
from the day he saw me at the hospital..so I'm told.
I tried many ways to forgive him. When one day 3 yrs ago(?)..
I suddenly was stunned breathless with a vision of us
in the 'In between place" before we come here...He was
such a friend in my Soul Family, he said he would be my father and
I his daughter, so he could treat me as I had treated women
and stop once and for all...
feeling how deeply painful it was to someone's spirit.

It was all out of love...all to draw us closer to God...how?
Because the key to our Source or going Home or to God...
is purity of heart.

We are constantly purifying...people call karma and see it as bad or harsh...when it
has a purpose, ie, to the end game.

The wordly mind does not understand this...it is nothing
the intellect 'gets' looking out at world events...it takes
the gift if an inner experience to 'see' what the heck is going
on in the Big Picture.
NDEers come back often with this new insight.
So some here will think all this is something to scoff at
and to debate...it is not...but the worldly mind will
dig in with it's egoic logic.

We are probably aware this post nor the topic belongs in 'Affirmations'...but, oh well.

^^^ Not sure I can agree with your idea of blame. As a derogatory term possibly. Blame is simply assigning responsibility for causing a problem - perhaps because the culprit was lacking in understanding. What's important is making good that lack of understanding - and that'll never happen if analysis of the failure doesn't reveal its source or worse the wrong source.

There's nothing wrong with blame. It's got bad press because it's often allied to circumstances where one doesn't like the result of being blamed - getting fired, being hauled before the courts etc.

To me it's paramount to be responsible for one's problems, subsuming those one causes whether through negligence or lack of understanding but we need to help those who don't understand when they should.

You'll get where no one can be blamed for anything when nothing can go wrong.

9 days later

After 9 days alcohol free, my vibration is higher than it's ever been. I am no longer angry, resentful, or judgemental.
Very happy
