I was able to link to one but not post one directly from a site or from my computer.

Yes, lf you right-click on the image on the website, and then 'copy image address', you can paste that adress in the box that comes up when you click on the 'mountain icon'.
Your image won't work from that site (sometimes they don't), so it's best to go to google 'images' and copy it from there.

To post an image from your PC or phone etc.. you have to press the button 'go advanced' at bottom of post box.
Then scroll down until you see 'manage attachments'. You'll see two 'upload' boxes - click the first one 'choose button'.
Then pick you image from you comp or phone and click upload after.
Close that box and go down to the 'manage attachment' box again. You'll see your image listed there - copy it and open the 'mountain icon and paste it there. Click on it. Then 'save changes' at bottom. lt should work..it's a pain, l know..
