if harder substances were capable of producing more coherant lights, then i should be able to derive more energy from them than any other substance.

taking hints from dr. masaharu emoto, i placed seashells in water to see if i could derive their energy into my body. by doing so, i had discovered these things.

1. this energy is no substitute for food.

2. not only was i able to energize myself in this way, but i was able to discover their attitudes and memories.

3. normal everyday structures are highly intelligent, thinking beings, with some materials having consciousness higher and finer than our own. it is just that we are sensitive to our brains, much like how we are not sensitive to other people's brains.

4. more massive materials (wolfram or heavier) are preferred because they are more intelligent.

5. transparent objects are preferred because they do not deny light.

6. holding 2 of these object in each hand, or clasping both hands together will give you dreams according to their constitution.

7. holding said objects to your chest or brow enhances dreaming in this way.

8. balloons and other inflatables influence dreaming experience when inflated.

9. placing hard object inside of aluminum foil and the placing the open foil onto your body will give energy. aluminum has been know for a long time for its ability to block em radiation, it is why soda bottles are made of aluminum. it will block outside energy and concentrate the inside energy.

10. exposure to uv light from household uv light bulbs will also provide its own energy if it is held close to the body cavity.

to visualize the effects of this energy, close your eyes and imagine your pineal gland blossoming like a flower, then face and concentrate on the object.

these methods only seem to work with substances that i have described. try it yourself and reference adanack!
