99% of what I do is automatic, such so that I no longer remember the instruction set I used to put the condition to automatic in the first place.

I do have a very old visulisation form however it often has unpleasant side effects.

So true! A person who picks up on one thing may not always have the knowledge required to deal with it or it might just be up to the other person to find a way forward, taking responsibility for their own healing and progress.

Hi WhiteWarrior,

It may be 'counter intuitive' that the body - the physical body itself, not necessarily 'energy body' may figure into an issue like this. The metaphysical maxim is 'as above so below', but also true - "as below, so does it go" - both true because it is the 'higher'/inner aspects of being that determine and condition the activity or lack of it on the physical. It is how the body is actually used - not just how we think of it alone - that not only conditions the body, but in doing that also conditions the non-physical ability to invoke energy and determine the quality of that energy. The body is a 'foil', a means and vehicle - not a limitation for that process.

The body is a good instrument, but by itself it is inert - it has to be energized. That is what life-energy does. Otherwise the 'body-consciousness' - inert physicality prevails and the whole being may as a result become sludge-like, lethargic - because the limitation aspect (as an 'unconverted', un/under-utilized default) then becomes if not dominant, at least determinant to some degree. In our contemporary world, people sit around all day and don't 'do' anything and this is so normal we don't even think of it - but there is an accumulating effect and it can become a pervasive psychic debility, perhaps contributing to chronic physical debilities of sorts as well. Human beings who had to physically struggle just to live were in many ways much healthier than we are now in spite of much technological advancement (sure many scientists will debate that).

Each part of the being has various corresponding 'lower' or 'higher' manifestations. Many energy work techniques 'pull down/in/up' energy or immerse in dynamic streams; 'real' symbols or visualizations of energy in various ways described in previous posts - they may be effective and these can purify/energize but may still be primarily 'exercised' on the 'mental' plane (human tendency). While there can be cleansing and tranquility there, it may not be transforming bodily inertia - if that is the, or one of the issues at hand per your OP.

Physical plane is very important and yet the body is often overlooked, neglected and left to be the incidental recipient, unconscious collector, repository of various energetic residues and processes (or lack of) - but even though the most obvious, it is often not considered a primary instrument, to be dynamically employed as a means of spiritual work itself. Yet, it becomes abundantly clear how everything is much more difficult and dependent on the physical when some aspect of the body is not operating optimally, even in a small way.

Like some have suggested, some form of exercise is effective. If you do 30-40 minutes of some fairly vigorous exercise daily - for one thing you will be much less likely to be depressed (not saying this is your issue, but in general).

Exercise reduces alternating cycles of stress/irritation/anxiety/depression, etc. when energy is invoked unconsciously - but not used, or not used cohesively, or flat out rebuffed. When it is simultaneously invoked and used consciously this contributes to a dynamic integration, unified cohesion of body/mind - clearing mind because simplifying mind, purifying while intensifying breath, dynamizing the body - all at once. It is a really simple way of deriving many mental, physical, psychic benefits; circumventing a host of unnecessary problems; and eliminating the need for life complicating therapeutic interventions of all kinds after the fact.

More meditative forms not as vigorous are fine too (including if if one is not fit, or not fit enough but on the way to being so).
60-90 minutes/day of brisk walking (or more) is good, especially if mind isn't filled with garbage. In that regard walking and chanting/singing is very effective or listening to good music. 'Good' meaning not exciting/enervating. Something like Tai Chi etc is good - poise, dynamism and tranquility all at once. Stuff like this gets rid of the sludge (in more ways than one).

The body and the mind are ONE.

To cleanse the mind (or energy),

first you must cleanse the body.

Work on your body!

White Warrior... There's a very effective method for cleansing the energy field called MIR-Method. It may sound too simple to be true, but it works well with very little time spent each day for four weeks minimum.

I think its a personal think on how you cleanse.... I personally like to meditate and go to a waterfall with a drop off & cleanse with Reiki symbols. Then i step out & ground myself with roots. This is a individual thing. its finding a way that works for you cause surely its the intent that is important.
(I think!!)
