Beautiful Photos of a Nearby Nature Center
I've driven by this Shipley Nature Center on my way to the beach and have yet to visit it, but I visited online and they had some nice pictures of the inhabitants and wanted to share some of them.

Those are some amazing pics! You would think they were coming out of the screen. I've always liked takin pictures but never but that good at it. I guess u have to practice and have the proper tools. But I've always been one to want to catch the moment.

I absolutely love dragonflies. I take photographs all the time and around my pond there are so many different colored ones, this past summer, blessed me with these red ones. I have many pictures of them sitting on broken cattails like that. They seem to enjoy being photographed. They follow me around and constantly land in front of me as though hamming it up for the camera. I have photographs of them in their larvae stage and the shell carcass they leave. Wonderful creatures!

That's really cool, Sarian. And I've seen light pink ones, too. The ones in my neighborhood, not too far from this place are kind of golden brown. How lucky you are that they actually pose for you!
