Mantra - Sadhana
Namaste
Inspired by an earlier post I decided to do a 40 day mantra to Lord Shiva. (am only on day 17) and I have noticed subtle changes and occurrences. It is like any growth, slow and subtle but with time it changes you and creates other benefits for your emotional and spiritual development. My discernment is definitely improving and I am learning to LISTEN to it and I also have other sadhana in mind.
Would that come under Raja yoga?
