We wear each other’s faces
Passing all Lights’ thoughts around.
Like autumn leaves
And rolling seas,
Soul cycles living ground.
Our dreams are one group song
Sung with communal thriving zest;
Earth fellowship as creaturehood:
With gentle strength we’re blest.
Black crow and sister wildflower
Are mixed all in our hair,
Ancient native unity
Looks through our every care.
We cannot see how love does bind
Us all to one another;
Long before we came to Earth
We cherished every other.
We seeded destiny with hope
And treasured love’s brief hours,
Until the rising burned inside
And light was freedom’s power.
Then joy of time became soul art;
Now stars watch their light flower.
