is deep inner personal work. Becoming a sovereign mature being who acts from a place of clarity and space within, not from a place of unconscious pain and programming.

Having greater understanding of reality can be helpful and definitely entertaining. But what is most important is to know the inner terrain of your mind and heart. To face yourself, grow up so to speak, and free yourself. This is what I started to do beginning of 2016. It's utterly terrifying at times and I continue to face myself, and feel my pain and my heart. Existential spiritual therapy has been incredibly helpful to me. We all need help and many of us have so much to transmute in a rather short period of time so another person can be very helpful.

I like the second story myself, and I agree wholeheartedly! I just started my journey of surrendering. It's hard, very hard, and took me a while to realize it, "FEEL" it myself, but definitely the way to go!

In most languages when you encourage somebody to start seeing what's in front of them, you say open your eyes. In plural. In my language we say open your eye. One eye :) it was a major aha moment when I understood that it's coded in the choice of using singular, that it's that 3rd eye you should be opening if you want to really see.
Another one is that desperate need to tell them about the connection, and what lies behind that. For me I realized it was my inprisonment in my physical body and the physical reality, and my inability to comprehend for a long time, that just bc something is not tangible with your hands, or another says it's not there, it doesn't mean it isn't there.
The learning is both on realizing what you see/feel is not illusion, but also coming to terms somehow that the other may chose to stay blind and physical reunion here and now may not happen. And accept that while not blaming yourself for it
