Music when you're feeling down?

Yes, BJA, I've been known to dip into older BMTH. I usually like a little aggression mixed with my down feelings

When I'm feeling down or tired...or just need a 'pick me up', I'll always go for Industrial EBM or Aggrotech!
The more the mind-numbing 'heart-beat bass' goes right through to my very core, the better I start to feel....It's like 'aural speed' for me.
I don't know why, but I also find the music very soothing and healing.
After a night of meditation and channeling, I needed to 'ground my energies'.
At the moment, I am listening to the 'Warning' album by Noisuf-X and from there, I'll probably go with some Aesthetic Perfection, Centhron, T3rror 3rror, Grendel, Combichrist, Eisenfunk...or just go 'old skool' with some Rammstein or Zeromancer...then finish it off with either some pure techno from Steve Aoki or some metal-dubstep from the likes of Korn and Skrillex.
Welcome to my world...
