What is the difference between white and gold reiki?

White is pure high level multipurpose energy. Gold is divine protection from a god or goddess.

There are so many different kinds of reiki out there and not sure there are much differences maybe just some subtilties. I would say it depends of the practioner and how high up they can channel energy. Dpending on how much work they have done on themselves.

White "light" to me represents spirit essence, masculine, quick, logical, ideas
Gold light represents the divine feminine, the Mother's energy, emotions, feelings etc.

As for the differences between white and golden energy as I know them, I concur with dryad - white energy is from the universe, gold energy is divine. Both can be called for when needed. White is well suited for things like making spiritual connections or making protective barriers, while gold energy is well suited for healing.

Blue is harmony. Sometimes communication.
red is strength, passion sometimes anger.
yellow is creative idealistic, sense of identity.
orange is emotional balance and boundaries
green is growth healing and learning
Indigo is independent and intuitive
violet is spiritual and altruistic.
silver is angelic influence
pink can be love or it can be preoccupation with sex

Depends whether your reading an aura or channeling energy in from outside how to interpret it. This is a starting point only as its best to read how a colour feels rather than rely on a set meaning.

Some people believe that The Universe ("The All") is God. The you believe that The World of White Light is The Universe and The Gold Light is a Divine World beyond it, like two great light worlds?

Someone said that they saw a world of blue light all around in their Near Death Experience and that it was God, though.

You have an interesting line of thought but it isn't how I feel familiar with it. My interpretation of the sources is that universal energy surrounds us all in this world that consists of physical and non-physical energies, and that calling for white energy merely taps into it. Golden energy comes from the Powers That Be, who very much are parts of our world but also exists in other worlds. However, some say that the gold energy is rather whitish - like white gold.

There are many who say they can see energy. While there seem to be a concurrance on what colors they see, not all can see where the sources are. But it exists in many colors, depending on where it comes from.

For a starter on the colors of energies, I suggest you read up on chakras - the energetic center of the body.

White Light shining through a diamond makes the 7 colors.

I don't focus on different color chakras anymore.

I focus on being Whole, being a Light Being of Pure Light not separated into a rainbow.
