Lol, I'll leave the above as a testament to the kind of carefree existence you can enjoy if you work with faeries and embrace their logic -- while I was typing, my boyfriend randomly started drumming on himself, so I began drumming on the keyboard... and that's what came out! ;-)

People are giving excellent advice. Also talk to the faeries. Let them know that you would like to see/hear/ or feel their prescence in your life. Spend a lot of time outdoors in nature. Pick up trash that you see on the ground. Try using faery oracle cards, reading books about them, placing artwork of them in your house. You may not see them -- especially at first. But eventually you may. But do be careful what you wish for -- there are faeries akin to the cutesy, light filled sprites in children's books -- and then there are ones who, well, aren't.
