And how do you know if you are one? These are questions I get a lot and so here's the simplest answer:
A Star Seed is a Soul that incarnated on another world and or realm before incarnating here on Earth. These are Light beings who heard the call to protect and defend unprotected/threatened planets. And to assist these planets and their inhabitants with the natural process of Ascension.
For a Star Seed it's all about doing and remembering. Being your authentic self. Non conforming. They are fearless and courageous. They are also Empaths. These are just some of the characteristics they all have no matter where they came from. Star Seeds come from a place of pure Love. They are naturally non conforming to corrupt systems because they come from a place of total freedom of expression and blissful living. Perhaps most importantly, they are here on a mission, they are here for a purpose.
On a certain level, a subconscious level, they are totally driven by their purpose. They just know. Innately. Inwardly. Here is a message from the Council for Assistance to Earth:

Dear ones, you must be selfish now. Even if you have spent your whole life helping others, now is the time to help yourself. Now is the time to process your bodies- indeed your Light body is stepping forward and doing exactly that whether you are aware of it or not. However, it is critical that you are aware, awake, and consciously stepping into your power at this time. The I am presence is transforming into the we are power. And the only thing strong enough to transmute what we're dealing with here is Love.
