Ugh I know what you mean about feeling drained. Certain people just make me feel eh, and eh and well eh. When one of these people call me I feel it while the phone is ringing and I won't answer it. She sucks up all my positive energy.
And when I'm around her I feel like I need clean myself? Not in a literal physical way. I guess it could be my aura that feels "dirty" |

I know what you mean about negative people draining your energy.
I'm wondering if others have had this same experience when faced in a HYPER/awful bombardment. I have an obnoxious, anti-social neighbour who has been harassing me for 7 years (totally unprovoked - she has a weird obsession with me). Recently she went off at the deep end (ranting hysterically). To my delight I found I was naturally cocooned/immune from her spoutings! Delightful.

Rosewater... Getting free of negative people is a good thing, especially since it most likely shows you've been getting free of negativity in your own mind.

How does one do chakra cleansing? I too am an empath and would like to know. And sorry I'm a bit new to this but what is a chakra? Oh and I know what you guys mean by feeling drained by negative people.

Thank you Xan! That was a very interesting read  I feel I should clean my heart chakra more since I'm an empath.
