Well, peobably the best would be those who can go out of their bodies consciously, like astral projectors.
Jurgen Ziewe is one of the most accomplished IMO. His website explains a lot of what goes on there. Personally l wouldn't trust the information coming through mediums and channelers = it's unreliable and untrustworthy, because there is much deception on the lower planes. Those going out of their bodies can be deceived as well [l've read of some], especially if they don't have the right guides and there is a lot of ego in them, but at least their reports are first hand, unlike mediums and channelers.
