Spirits "re-charging" you?

So, I'm finally starting to come out of my shell and I'm putting more trust in my guide as far as doing readings for people. Meaning that I'm more open and willing to trust in the things I'm told - instead of worry about being wrong.

I've been embracing the spirits that come through and the more I do it - I get this re-charged feeling. I can feel them inside me and I can feel them "pepping" me up - I walk away feeling like I've been to a pep-rally.

It's sort of silly to say but if you've ever played an MMO with a "buffing" system - it's sort of like that. Each one leaves me with a different feeling and it lingers for a while after they leave - it feels amazing!

Have you ever run across this? Having spirits "re-charge" you?

This last one left me so energized I'm shaking and I think I'm going to go clean my house from top to bottom now :P lol

My guide just said something about "positive" reinforcement. I always say I'm too tired to do readings and now I feel like I'm being broken of that... Nice, I'm being trained like a 5 year old ... woo-hoo

My guide recharges me when he's able to, so yes
