Meaning of my owl?

About a year ago I started a guided meditation to help introduce me to my spirit animal and about 15 minutes into the meditation I came upon an owl that I followed for the duration of my meditation.
Two weeks ago I said a prayer, asking that any biases or preconceived notions be removed from me before the beginning of my meditation, and I found the same owl once again.

First, I'm just curious if you all think that I can safely assume that I do have a connection to this animal because I've found it twice in my meditations. Secondly, what do you personally think the significance of a owl spirit animal is? I've done quite a bit of my own research and it does make sense for me but I'd just like more opinions

Thank you in advance!

The owl is fundamentally associated with deep wisdom. He will help you hear your inner voices and guide you as you explore and seek to expand yourself. Owl can help you see what most cannot or will not, and help you discern what is valid and what is bunk. Also, while many associate Owl with death, death is most often symbolic; he is, rather, a harbinger of change. Some fundamental change is occuring in your life. Since you met your guide a year ago, that change is likely already underway.
One newbie to another, I hope this helps.

I don't think it is safe to assume anything, there is a reason why you asked for: that any biases or preconceived notions be removed.

The Owl is a night hunter and quiet flyer. There are many Owls at Spirit Mountain> I find Owl pellets made of mouse hair and bones.
