I know a couple of people with sleep apnea. In short, it's irregular breathing, usually in repetition patterns. Some stop breathing for at least 20 seconds ( and they actually live ) You would have to be medically tested to even be considered, sleep with a face mask. I wouldn't rule it out tho if you feel your not breathing well while your sleeping you may want to talk to someone. I can tell you one thing, people with sleep apnea are annoying snorers. Big time. Lol

Hey, since you dream so much and are interested in AP'ing, have you invested in a moldivite stone yet?

If I have sleep apnea I'm not too worried about it. I rarely sleep on my back and it really hasn't been disruptive at all. I just remember not breathing and realizing that it wasn't the first time.

What I'm more wondering is if these lucid dreams and these times when I'm almost getting out of my body were brought on by a lack of oxygen. The experiences only happen when I sleep on my back but now I'm thinking that I'd need to go kind of a long time without breathing for a lack of oxygen severe enough to cause hallucinations. I don't know. There may be no connection at all.

I have not even heard of a moldivite stone. What's it supposed to do?

Hmm, well, that is an interesting observation, anything is possible i suppose.

Moldavite is a stone that is known to enhance the dream state. When I bought it not too long ago, i started AP'ing. Was it really the stone or mind over matter knowing I had the stone? Uhhh I don't know. The mind is weird. Ok, here is mine. I spilled tea on the bag, oops

It works with the Heart Chakra as well. If you have blockages in that area, could be beneficial. This stone HAS made me feel nauseous when I had put it under my pillow. I no longer play with it. At least not now. I am a big scary cat :) They come in small fractions and are generally more pricey than the average stone.

Really, it'll do all that? That would be interesting to try. I've never used stones or crystals or anything like that.

Yes, and I am a pretty big skeptic. I dabbled with this stone specifically because of curiosity and the stories I read. I would give it a thumbs up, particularity because I could feel the energy from the stone, and it making me feel queasy. Most stones do have a energy attached to them.
Careful with online stones, if you can go to a local spiritual shop the better. If you ever buy one definitely let us know your experience .

That is definitely true. That is why I prefer not to mess with most stones, some may even be too high energy.
Rose quartz and amethyst are soft and calm energy stones, no supersizes there.They are my favorite, plus they make pretty decoration pieces.

But yeah, you never know until you try.

neither have a connection, that I know of, to Astral Travel ..... or lucid dreaming.
