it took me awhile to visit, but now that i have...
this relates to lapis's post in another thread;
"Let yourself play and just lightly experiment with focusing on your Heart Chakra. Doing some of those things I mentioned elsewhere (like thinking of things that mean a lot to me and connect me into my Heart. Like babies laughing, kittens playing, sunsets, rain, flowers and so on.) Play with feeling those type of very positive emotions and allow yourself to get familiar with your Heart Chakra housing this type of energy/consciousness. It's really easy and actually is a good easy and safe way to ease into the what the Heart Chakra energies can feel like in your body. Go ahead, dive into your own Heart."
i like this little tidbit of advice:)

OH, I missed that somehow...need to go find it.
I like:
dressing up for halloween with my kids
telling my family I love them
nibbling on my kids' toes (after a bath *hehehe*)
listening to my daughter tell me stories

autumn crispiness while walking past old trees in parks
parks
trees
cloud spotting
hugs
english comedies...especially the office
music
my boyfriend
movies
my friends
having a good cry
chanting
feeling sleepy after hard work and knowing you can just relax and put your feet up and drift off...

waking up feeling rested & knowing I can linger in bed if I want (because it's my birthday.... )

my daughters tiny little toes, also her smile when she realizes ive been at work all day and ive returned, hot showers, cooking and eating a hardy meal and not having to do the dishes, starting a good book...
