I'm better today. Not hungry yet but at least I feel like a human being. Whew! I'm bet-ter! I'm bet-ter!

Anala, my hubby is at our local and very popular fruit and vegetable farm store at I write this for fresh veggies.

I'm bet-ter! I'm bet-ter! Where is that little banana that dances, emoji? Any of you old enough to remember that?

Hubby is having Salisbury steak; the kind in brown gravy with some mashed potatoes and a green salad.

I had the Salisbury steak twice right after surgery so I don't want more. But there are several meals in the freezer that need to be eaten up. So hubby is the happy recipient.

I think I am up for less bland foods now. But not spicy.

I pulled out a grilled hamburger patty. Cheeseburger and french fries for me.

I had a setback today. Chicken noodle soup and a green salad with smoky tomato dressing.

Linen, even your chicken noodle soup meal days sounds scrumptious. I do hope you are feeling better!

We foraged from the garden, fresh and sautéed veggies and chicken. The propane ran out; luckily before plopping the raw chicken on the grill! So, popped it in a skillet and cooked it off! White basmati rice on the side!

Tomorrow is blueberry surprise! I have tons of blue berries! And it will be a surprise as to how I use them!

feel better linen. When I'm not 100% I like eggs for dinner. Not sure how you are with toast - if you've come up with a gluten free type breakfast for dinner works for me when I'm down.

Anala, nothing like homemade chicken soup to cure what ails ya. I could actually go for a bowl right about now...

I am feeling better today. Not 100% but better. I am being kind to myself.

I have some bratwurst sausages out and was hoping to saute them with green peppers and onions but my stomach just wants to revolt at that. So instead I will have my hubby grill them and I will air fry some "fried" potatoes. Green salad on the side.

Peaches on our peach tree are about ripe. I am checking them frequently. Unfortunately, on a peach tree all the peaches ripen at the same time. So I will freeze what we can't eat right away. A taste of summer this next winter.

Yum Anala. Your blueberries, my peaches what a fruit salad we could create!
