I must clarify: We ended up eating waffles, etc because when I went to get the brats out I noticed the container of waffles still in the freezer; I wanted to get the waffles used up before they dried out.
Tonight will be the brats, etc.

Oh, I am a bit behind.
Raviolis, shrimp, Alfredo with steam sugar snap peas! 
The next night, breakfast for dinner: blueberry pancakes, eggs and sausage patties 
Too hot to cook tonight.  (hubby “cooked”) |

I am still behind! LOL!
Saturday was braised summer veggies, (beet tops, summer squash, zucchini, and onions) with braised tofu.
Sunday - turkey burgers, tater tots and strawberry chiffon pie from scratch!
I was inspired by your peach Melba picture, Dream jo. The pie was not pretty but is was delicious. |

Hey.......anyone notice that Gracey hasn't been on I quite a long time. ......wonder what's going on? ???

I bought a really cool looking brown leather boonie hat today!
Brought it home and was looking at myself wearing it in the mirror and thought " Indiana Jones. ...hell yeah"!
Right at that moment my wife walks in and starts guffawing in laughter and say " you look like Jed Clampet in that hat"
