Confirm or Deny Past Event In My Life
Did my second cousin that I had/have a crush on ever talk through some kind of device for me to hear an insult of hers?
I know that sounds delusional but then again, technology has never been more advanced than today

If your cousin has access to secretive communications technology, buys or borrows it, plants it where you can hear it and is inclined to use it to insult you, then yes. Seems a bit excessive though.

Maybe we could help you better if you explained what happened to you. Are you in love with her and she is not with you?
It is possible to hear her thoughts being sent to you with her brain. Maybe you are hearing her thoughts?
Your spirit might think you should hear how she feels about you, so you can move on?

It depends whether your cousin co-opted the help of a team of tech-savvy stalkers who placed listening devices and speakers around your home, then said 'Filipino' which came out of a hidden speaker.
It sounds a little too complicated, and would never pass Occam's test.

Hi,
Every human is both telepathic and psychic. They do not need any device to connect with you. When we think of a person we connect with them. That is the way it works in my view.
I like to recommend that we be kind in our thoughts towards others because of this. This is even more profound when it comes to our thoughts about self as well. Every fiber of your physical body listens to what you think and speak about.
You may not know how powerful these things are, however that belief will not block its effectiveness.
