Strange sensation in left shoulder blade

All settled and happy in my new life and the tingling has gone. I think my Grandpa has moved on to help others now =)

I get the head tingles very seriously when angels are around me usually when I have called in the arch angels or when i see an angel my head will tingle. I even drove past a bad car accident last week and got the tingles and I just know know that is what happens to me when I am in their presence. I get other sensations when my guides are in communication with me. I feel pressure on my back when my grandmother has come to see me and talk with me. They are all different for everyone the feelings you get you just need to ask your higher self or guides who or what it was. Have fun learning to differentiate the feelings..I thought it was cool! :)

I think I get that same sensation. Mine is a tingling, almost static-like sensation that to me feels like little faeries beating soft wings inside my skin--I get it on my right shoulder blade, sometimes at my ankles, and I feel like I've gotten it somewhere else too but I can't remember where at the moment. I've never thought of this being your guides signaling you, but I have been studying spirit guides of all different kinds this week, and was actually coming to this angels and guides section to post when I saw this, so perhaps they are confirming this for me and for you. It very well maybe your guides saying whats up :) Thank you <3

I have experienced it on a regular basis over the past 18 months to two years....mainly when I am engaging in something spiritually concerned, on SF or speaking with spiritually gifted people........ive often wondered if there is also a spiritual connection to this senstation........
