Prophecy is another of the credentials by which a messenger of God may be accredited to man. It consists in foretelling with certainty, not as a mere guess or calculation, events which cannot be known at the time by any one but God!

More Christians deny Jesus......

THe number is closer to 98 out of 100....

For Jesus said you must DO as he instructed or you are rejecting Him. Belief unsupported by action is not accepting Jesus.

Jesus appears to those who DO the things he said to DO.....and sometimes to those whose hearts are pure and do not believe or know of Him!

Persecution and apostacy are clearly foretold in the Bible. It doesn't require any prophetic gift to foretell them; it only requires that one read the Bible.

I have to agree with Racer X!!

The testimony of Jesus (i.e. his teachings) is the spirit of Bible prophecy. If we look at a lot of the events described in the book of Revelation, we will see that the teachings of Jesus are preparing us for that time. Specifically with regard to persecution (the Anti Christ will kill those who don't worship him), and not taking the mark of the beast (choosing to serve God or money). It's all quite simple really, but it's not easy, since the wide gate is so much easier to pass through.

That is your personal belief. Erroneous reasoning; is it culpable or not? I don’t know! You have to do an examination of conscience.

If Jesus was only a prophet why don’t you believe in His words?
Don’t you realize that you are insulting God? The person Revealing the Truth (Jesus) is discredited of His own claims and labeled according to individual interpretation and beliefs?

The number is exactly as Jesus said; the number is around 75% (3 out of 4) and not 98 out of 100!

You don't need to read any of Maria Valtorta writings or Catholic teachings. Nobody is forcing you. Enjoy the Bible, if it is all you need.
